We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, schedule a service, or communicate with our support team. This may include your name, email address, phone number, physical address, company details, job records, labor hours, and device identifiers used to keep you signed in on the Dispatch Pro mobile app.

The Dispatch Pro Android and iOS apps access LOCATION data. This includes approximate location and precise GPS location. We collect location while the app is in use and, if you grant “Allow all the time” / background location permission, we also collect location in the BACKGROUND when the app is not on screen. Location is used only for field-service operations: technician dispatch, job-site check-in and clock-in/clock-out, verifying a technician is at an assigned job, and optional live location sharing with authorized company users (dispatchers, managers, admins). We do not sell location data. You can deny or revoke location permission in your device settings; some job-tracking features will not work without it.

With your permission, the app may access the CAMERA (photos of jobs, attachments, and profile images), the MICROPHONE (voice notes or in-app calls), and POST NOTIFICATIONS (job updates, dispatches, and messages). These permissions are optional except where a feature requires them. Notification tokens (such as FCM) may be stored so we can send job alerts to your device.

We use the collected data, including location data, to provide, maintain, and improve our services; schedule and dispatch technicians; process transactions; send service notifications; and respond to your requests. We do not sell your personal data or location data to third parties.

Location and other personal data are shared only with your company account (authorized teammates such as dispatchers and managers) and with service providers we use to operate the app (for example cloud hosting, maps, and push-notification infrastructure). We do not share location with advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including location data, from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, and track user movements on the website. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. Website cookies are separate from mobile GPS location collection described above.
